We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.

Job Scope
- Assist Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Handle pizza and pasta section during service
- Prepare sauces, dough, pasta, and mise en place
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock control and inventory
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant kitchen experience
- Must have pizza and pasta experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good attitude and discipline
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
