Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Engage hands-on during service hours to ensure smooth daily operations and address any issues promptly.
- Manage food preparation and service, maintaining consistency with recipes and upholding quality standards.
- Analyze sales, labor, and food costs to implement strategies aimed at achieving profitability targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring prompt service and effectively resolving feedback and complaints.
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to meet demand during peak periods while enhancing overall productivity.
- Ensure precise inventory management, minimize waste, and maintain proper storage protocols.
- Uphold compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, engagement, and promoting a service-oriented culture.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage or quick service restaurant operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Proven operational and team management skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cost control, staffing requirements, and performance metrics.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
