Job Summary
Join our SHIRLEY JIE team as a Full-Time Stall Assistant in One Punggol Hawker Centre. You will prepare quality dessert, serve customers and help keep the stall running smoothly.
Job Description
- Prepare, present dishes to the stall's recipes, portion and quality standards.
- Serve customers courteously, take orders, handle payments and respond to enquiries.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in line with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
- Assist with stock checks, ingredient preparation, opening and closing duties, and general stall upkeep.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage, but training is provided to motivated candidates.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Valid Basic Food Hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain it) and the legal right to work in Singapore.
