📍 Location: Orchard

🕒 Working Hours: 5-day work week, shifts required

💰 Salary: Up to $3100 + AWS + Flexi Benefit + Staff Meals

Join a renowned international hospitality group as a Floor Supervisor. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise Room Attendants, and ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and standards.
  • Coordinate room status updates with Front Office.
  • Supervise, coach, and assign tasks to Room Attendants.
  • Handle guest requests and housekeeping concerns professionally.
  • Maintain organised pantries, linen rooms, and accurate records.
  • Liaise with Engineering to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.

👤 Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
