We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual in supporting on-site operations. In this role, you will oversee vendors during maintenance and upgrading works, helping to ensure that all activities are carried out smoothly and in line with approved guidelines.
📍 Nearest MRT: Outram Park
🕒 Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $2,580/month
📅 Duration: 12 months contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and supervise vendors during General Repair & Redecoration (GR&R), maintenance, and ad hoc M&E works
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved scope, and monitor/report any irregularities or non-compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to facilitate smooth on-site operations
- Maintain basic records and documentation of works carried out
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification or equivalent.
- Able to perform duties that may involve physical tasks (e.g. carrying files or cartons)
- Basic command of English to support communication and documentation
- Responsible, attentive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
