Job Description:
- Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
- Ensure the boutique/store is clean and always kept orderly.
- Ensure all stocks are replenished in a timely manner.
- Ensuring precision and attention to detail in beverage preparation in accordance with defined and strict standards.
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness in drink preparation, free of contaminants or foreign substances.
- Prepare beverages and ingredients in accordance with company recipes and standards of Jian Cha.
- Cashier when customers need help apart from using self-ordering kiosks and help report the daily sales to the supervisors.
- Participate in training programs and skill development activities as assigned.
- Monitor, maintain and follow company policies, support company expectations and systems
- Available to open and/or close the store in an effective manner.
- Regular attendance and full-time commitment are essential functions of the job.
- Ensure store stock losses are kept to a minimum by providing great customer service and ensuring an organized Jian Cha store.
- Support and enhance the seamless customer service focus by executing REAL service to customers and co-workers.
