Key Responsibilities
Shipment & Logistics Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of inbound/ outbound shipments from international suppliers to our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping partners to optimize shipping routes, costs, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, including customs documentation, tariffs, and shipping requirements for beauty products.
- Identify and resolve shipping and logistics-related challenges, such as delays, missing goods, or damaged products.
- Assist with insurance claims for cargo loss or damage by gathering necessary documents and information.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all shipment details, including invoices, shipping confirmations, customs documentation, and tracking information.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and logistics costs for internal stakeholders.
Inventory Management & Team Support:
- Handle daily supply chain tasks, including inventory management and coordination with internal departments.
- Support the team by covering responsibilities when necessary, ensuring seamless operations during absences or peak periods.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams to address any supply chain or inventory disruptions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain or related discipline with 2 years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in omnichannel in beauty/ FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, IWMS, GEEK+
- Familiar with MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Familiar Singapore's import/export regulations and international shipping protocols.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues promptly and independently.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must
- Interact with external and internal teams.
