Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and providing personalized beauty advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, approach, and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products (skincare, makeup, fragrances, or haircare).
Provide product demonstrations and share application techniques where appropriate.
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries.
Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and testers are clean and presentable.
Handle cashiering duties accurately (if required).
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
Follow company grooming standards to represent the brand professionally.
Stay updated with beauty trends, new launches, and promotions.

Requirements

Prior retail or beauty experience preferred (skincare/makeup/beauty industry an advantage).
Strong passion for beauty and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
