As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes that reflect our standards of excellence. You’ll manage your own section in the kitchen, maintain food quality and hygiene, and mentor junior team members — all while working collaboratively with a close-knit team that values respect and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in your section.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and minimize wastage.
- Support Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Passion for food, learning, and teamwork.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
