Aktivate Education is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Outdoor Coaches, supporting camps, outdoor education and experiential learning programmes for students from Primary to Tertiary levels. As an Outdoor Coach, you will engage students, facilitate activities and create meaningful learning experiences through the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate team-building, outdoor and experiential learning activities
- Lead and manage student groups throughout programmes
- Conduct activity, safety and debrief briefings
- Support activities such as orienteering, outdoor cooking, trekking, and more
- Assist with programme operations, equipment and logistics

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Meet MOE Instructor Registration requirements
- Standard First Aid certified
