Responsibilities:
- Ride along with driver to complete daily delivery efficiently.
- Load goods onto the vehicle before departure and unload at customer locations.
- Check goods against delivery detail to ensure correct items, quantities, and conditions before dispatch and upon delivery.
- Hand over goods to customers professionally, obtain acknowledgment, and address basic inquiries.
- Report any delivery issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisor.
- Support the driver with navigation and route planning.
- Assist in keeping the delivery vehicle clean and organized; report any issues (e.g., damages, low fuel) to driver/supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines during lifting, transporting, and handling goods.
- Support the driver in completing delivery logs, returns, or incident reports if needed.
- Assist with warehouse duties (e.g., sorting, packing) when not on deliveries.
Requirements:
- Candidates are required to load and unload at least 20kg-30kg each repeatedly.
- Prior delivery experience preferred but not compulsory; on job training provide
- Basic English literacy (to read invoice/delivery order).
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- 6-day work week early morning shift
