Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests to ensure a memorable experience
• Guide visitors through ticket purchases and entry procedures
• Provide directions and respond to guest enquiries
• Enforce safety protocols and check tickets at entry points
• Assist with VIP, Private Capsule, and Sky Dining coordination
• Manage crowd flow and ensure security at restricted areas
Requirements
• Comfortable working at heights
• Must have own white polo tee and white/black covered shoes
