🔍 QUALITY INSPECTOR (QA/QC)
Join a leading manufacturing company and play an important role in ensuring product quality and operational excellence.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,800
- 🌞 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
- 🌙 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
- 🍱 Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday
⏰ Working Hours
Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products.
- Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities.
- Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
✅ Requirements
- Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
- Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
