👨💻What You’ll Do
- • Welcome customers and assist with laundry enquiries
• Receive and register customer orders accurately
• Recommend suitable laundry services based on garment type and customer needs
• Handle payments and update orders in our system
• Manage customer pick-ups and order collections
• Coordinate with our laundry factory for washing, ironing and special requests
• Follow up on orders and keep customers updated when needed
• Handle customer feedback and service requests professionally
• Keep the outlet clean, neat and ready for customers
• Work together with the team to make sure every customer has a smooth experience

- Friendly, proactive, and responsible team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn — training provided!
