Semiconductor Equipment Operations Technician
Location: Woodlands
Working hours: Normal Fixed shift / 12 hours Shift
Salary: $1,800 to $2,500
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor fabrication equipment across Etch, Deposition, and Lithography processes.
- Execute wafer loading and unloading activities in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and escalate technical issues to the relevant engineering team.
- Maintain accurate production records and update manufacturing system logs.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety standards throughout production operations.
Requirements
- NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience operating semiconductor fabrication equipment within a wafer manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with 3E equipment.
- Experience with TEL or Kokusai tools is an added advantage.
