** Preferred Singaporean/PR ** & able to speak English & Mandarin
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer & agent enquiries (email / WhatsApp)
- Provide shipment status updates (ETD / ETA / cargo status)
- Assist in airfreight booking and coordination
- Liaise with warehouse, drivers, and operations team
- Prepare and check shipping documents (MAWB / HAWB / invoice)
- Monitor shipment progress and follow up
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Support billing and job costing checks
🔹 Requirements
- No experience required (training provided)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment

🔹 Working Hours
- Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm
