📍Location: Aljunied
✅Full-Time or Contract / Rotating Shifts :
- Monday to Thursday: 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM / 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM OR 11.00 AM to 9.00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6.00PM (fixed shift)
- Salary: Up to $3000 (with commission)
✅Part-Time Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
- 4-5 working days per week!
- Salary: $11 – $12 per hour (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call centre environment
- Communicate and explain breakdown of amount payable to customers in detail
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from the Financial Institutions, Telcom Support Service Providers, Healthcare and Commercial portfolios
- To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness
- Arrange and negotiate payment with customers
- Perform administrative duties, enquiries and accounts monitoring
- Update and maintain the Credit Collection Systems
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
💠 Diploma / 'A' Level / 'O' Level / 'N' Level
💠Able to speak proficiently in English
💠Possess at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or related field
💠Highly independent and organized team player
💠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
