BRANCH ASSOCIATE (FULL TIME) | BASIC SALARY UP TO 2900 + MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS (ISLAND WIDE)

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week (43.75 hours)
• Both weekends required to work
• Rest days: Unfixed, on weekdays

Shift Schedule:

• Weekdays: 11am–9pm / 10:30am–8:30pm / 10am–8pm / 9am–7pm
• Weekends: 8am–6pm / 8:30am–6:30pm

Position Overview
The Senior / Branch Associate is a trainee/junior operational role new to the early childhood sector. Supporting the Branch Manager, this role ensures smooth daily operations by delivering excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and engaging positively with children and parents to maintain a welcoming environment.

• Customer Experience: Deliver the Happy Fish Greeting, handle inquiries, and build positive relationships with families.
• Operations, Housekeeping & Safety: Conduct hourly safety, hygiene, and cleanliness checks; assist with housekeeping and lesson material preparation.
• Admin & Scheduling: Coordinate class schedules, lesson progress, make-up classes, and attendance with coaches and parents.
• Sales & Systems: Support enrollment conversions, membership renewals, and communication using CRM and Envoy tools.
• Child Care & Support: Provide short-term, safe post-lesson care for infants and toddlers; assist the Manager with branch events and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Early Childhood, Hospitality, or Sports.
• Experience: Entry-level welcome; experience with handling kids is a plus.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with parents.
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace.
