Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Present vehicles and services in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits
- Prepare quotations and negotiate terms to close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and transactions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximise repeat business and customer loyalty
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Stay informed about current promotions, inventory, and market trends to communicate relevant information to customers
MUST HAVE CLASS 3/3A DRIVING LICENSE
