Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
- Replenish room amenities, linen, and supplies.
- Ensure guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and work areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Report maintenance issues, room discrepancies, lost & found items, and safety concerns.
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain guest privacy and security.
- Support room readiness, inventory checks, deep cleaning, and special housekeeping projects.
- Follow hotel policies, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
- No experience required; housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
