🌿 Contract Admin, Content & Operations Assistant
Minimum 3-Month Commitment
Join Insofresh, a premium fruit and gifting brand in Singapore.
We are looking for a responsible, organised and creative individual to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and handle general administrative work
- Assist with customer enquiries and delivery coordination
- Prepare invoices, labels and order documents
- Create simple social media posts and captions during quieter periods
- Assist with fruit quality checks, packing and gift preparation
- Support daily operations and maintain an organised workspace
You may be a good fit if you are:
- Meticulous, reliable and punctual
- Self-directed, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Canva
- Able to communicate and write clearly
- Creative, with an eye for attractive presentation
- Willing to assist with hands-on work and carry cartons when required
- Able to organise priorities and work efficiently
This is a varied, hands-on role and is not purely desk-based.
📍 The Plaza, Beach Road
📅 Five to six days per week, usually Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work may be required.
⏰ Monday: 8am to 5pm
⏰ Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
One-hour unpaid meal break
💰 $13/hour with CPF contributions
🗓 Minimum commitment: Three months
