Job Responsibilities
- Ensure complete documentation of procedure and maintenance work
- Review service reports and escalate any finding or action that is required
- Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report
- Involve in the overall maintenance of the buildings, technical inspection and audits
- Manage and guide a team of Technicians in attending to breakdown calls.
- Be part of the team to management energy saving and initiatives.
- Provide best practices in engineering maintenance to achieve a safer environment for patients, staff and visitors
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management)
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience with minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervision works.
- Pro-active, ability to prioritize work and achieve desired result
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and have a good understanding of critical workflow
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
- Able to response and mobilize on site in the event whereby the breakdown requires after office hours and/or weekends.
