Job Responsibilities
- Hire, train, retain and supervise restaurant employees
- Staff deployment and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
- Generating sales and meet target through proper execution of marketing strategies
- Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
- Responsible for inventories and stock taking activities
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered to by all staffs of the restaurant
- Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Cash management i.e. counting of cash and bank in daily sales deposit
- Stock management i.e. inventory, recording of wastage, recording of employee’s meal
Requirement
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of F&B or Retail service industry experience required.
- Excellent leaderships skills.
- Positive attitude and able to handle pressure
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Preferably having experience in Quick Service Restaurant
