Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Summary
Support end-to-end employee offboarding and separation processes across healthcare institutions, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage resignations, retirements, contract expiries and employee exits.
- Process offboarding transactions and update employee records in HRIS.
- Prepare resignation, exit and clearance documentation.
- Coordinate clearance with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and institutions.
- Process work pass cancellations where required.
- Follow up on outstanding cases and handle employee/stakeholder enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, SLAs and record-keeping requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Offboarding.
- Hands-on employee separation/offboarding experience preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage high-volume transactions within deadlines.
