Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Officer to manage our industrial building and ensure the safety of our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and comprehensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures in Singapore.
Job Description
• Daily security operations, including patrol duties, incident response management, manning of Fire Command Centre / Guard House.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, building management, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive security coverage
- Advise the unit occupier to remove their items from the common property
- Manage unauthorised vehicle parking, fire alarm, encroachment and others
- Other security officer duties not limited to the above
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant security experience,
- Valid Security Officer License and relevant certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in security systems, CCTV operations, and incident reporting procedures
- Willingness to work permanent night 8.00pm to 8.00am, including weekends and public holiday
- 6 off days per month
