Job Description
Ebb & Flow Group is growing our family of distinctive dining concepts across Singapore, and we're looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house teams. From wine and lounge experiences to heritage-inspired dining and exciting new concepts opening soon in Dempsey, you'll have the opportunity to be placed at the outlet that best fits your skills, interests, and availability — with room to grow as we expand.
What You'll Do
- Greet and seat guests warmly, creating a memorable first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and recommend menu items/pairings
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, following each outlet's service standards
- Attend to guests' needs throughout their visit and handle requests or concerns with care
- Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Support event/private dining service when required
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in F&B service preferred; candidates with a strong service attitude and no experience are welcome to apply
- Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Good communication skills; conversational English required, additional languages a plus
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
- 2 off days per week
