Responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries and appointment scheduling through multiple channels (phone, email, SMS)
- Coordinate medical appointments across various specialties and clinics
- Process referrals from primary care physicians and external specialists
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital appointment system
- Document all patient interactions in the system
- Provide clear guidance on appointment preparation and clinic locations
- Support patients with special requirements or urgent medical needs
Requirements
- Min GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma
- At least 2 - 3 years of customer service experiences preferably in healthcare setting
- Possess good communication, organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
