**Job Summary**
We are seeking a professional and personable Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our premium wellness facility. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery whilst maintaining our commitment to excellence in the beauty and wellness industry.
**Job Description**
• Welcome and assist guests with appointments, enquiries, and facility navigation, creating memorable first impressions
• Coordinate bookings for treatments, classes, and therapist schedules using our management system
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, products, and wellness programmes tailored to individual needs
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving concerns promptly to maintain service standards
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanour
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are advantageous
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and booking management systems
• Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
