Company Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide an authentic Korean dining experience.
- Work closely with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Recommend menu items based on customer preferences, including our signature herbal broths.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Assist with cashiering, order taking, and dining area operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards according to SFA requirements.
- Ensure the restaurant environment reflects SBCD’s premium service standards.
Requirements
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
- Able to stand for long hours.
Qualifications
- Food Safety Course Level 1 certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Singaporeans, PRs, and eligible job seekers are encouraged to apply.
