Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of spare parts whether picking orders or locating spares parts within the warehouse
- Manage warehouse and store inventory to keep it organized
- Check and inspect incoming parts are correct and follow proper receiving process
- Arrange for outgoing deliveries, freights and shipments
- Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, distributing of spares/consumables to operation team
- Perform quarterly inventory check to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support Operation Team for urgent spare parts collection/ disposal of items etc.
- Maintain Proper record of issuing of spares/ consumables
- Good team player
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in technical administrative field or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience in similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates who hold a Driving License will be advantageous
