As a TCM Clinic Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our physicians, patients and daily clinic operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prepare and dispense customised Chinese herbal medication according to physicians' prescriptions.
- Maintain cleanliness at your work station.
- Replenish herbs, consumables and treatment supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Support the smooth daily operations of the clinic.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Responsible and dependable.
- Meticulous with good attention to detail.
- Positive with a willingness to learn.
- A good team player.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare, TCM or pharmacy is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided.
Working Hours
Tuesday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Closed on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.
