Job Description:
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders or delivery documents.
- Sort, label and store trophies, award components, corporate gifts and packaging materials in the correct locations.
- Pick and issue products and components according to sales orders and production requirements.
- Record all stock received, issued, assembled, transferred, returned or damaged accurately and promptly.
- Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Assist with loading, unloading and preparing completed orders for delivery or customer collection.
- Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, assembly, packing or production work is preferred.
- Basic computer and inventory-system knowledge
- Able to work overtime during peak periods when required
- Good Communication and Organizing Skills
