Job Focus:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join their Business Financial Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and recommending suitable financing solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Understand clients’ business and financing needs and recommend suitable secured and unsecured loan solutions.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve loan disbursement targets.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and accurate KYC and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates with B2B or client-facing sales experience are welcome to apply.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
