Job Description
- Prepare, submit and track Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications for outlet maintenance and external works
- Track, collect and maintain records of compliance reports (e.g., pest control, exhaust cleaning, grease trap servicing)
- Maintain a compliance calendar to ensure timely submissions to mall management and regulatory bodies
- Follow up with outlets, vendors, and stakeholders on outstanding requirements to minimise non-compliance and operational disruptions
- Liaise with mall management on operational documentation and requirements
- Coordinate with vendors on maintenance schedules and service report submissions
- Support the development, formatting, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain and update operational forms, checklists, workflows, and records within Lark to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in the preparation of training and onboarding materials and coordinate training sessions
- Provide coordination and execution support for key Ops Planning initiatives
