Operations Executive (Operations experience preferred)
Gross Monthly Salary of up to $3,500 a month

Job Description
1. Oversee daily central kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SOPs
2. Manage inventory control processes including stock-in, stock-out, and stock
reconciliation
3. Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase requisitions based on production needs
4. Handle order processing, invoice issuance, and system data entry
5. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and outlets to ensure timely delivery of goods
6. Track product movement and implement FIFO/FEFO to minimize wastage
7. Prepare inventory reports and assist in monthly stock count and analysis
8. Support production planning based on demand forecast
9. Ensure all operational documentation is accurate and up to date
