1. Handle all reservations received timely and accurately according to established SOPs.
2. Liaise with bookers and hotels to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience.
3. Maintain up-to-date information on all hotel-related information including promotions.
4. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
5. Ensure proper filing and recording of all correspondence.
6. Ensure compliance with the department’s policies and procedures.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
