Role: Service Crew (Part-Time)
Location: Bukit Panjang, Paya Lebar, Kent Ridge (NUS), Jurong West (NTU), Sembawang, Orchard, Simei, Serangoon, Bugis, Lentor (NEW!), Lavender, Punggol (Upcoming)
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Choose from flexible shifts. Your hourly rate increases with your monthly commitment:
- 🕒 PT-AM: 10:30 AM – 04.00 PM
🌆 PT-PM: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM → Can be till 2 AM.*
🌑 PT-MD: 02.30 PM - 02.00AM (+1) (includes 90-min break)
🛄 PT-FD: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM (includes 90-min break)
🌉 PT-MN: 07.00 PM - 02.00AM (+1)*
🌌 PT-NX: 09.00 PM - 02.00AM (+1)*
- $12/hr for less than 70 hours per month
$13/hr for between 70–119 hours per month
$15/hr for 120 or more hours per month - *Late night shift only applies to Kent Ridge, Serangoon, Bukit Panjang Outlet
Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers with our self-ordering kiosk
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient refills as needed
- Seek feedback from our customers on our mala
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred to collaborate effectively with our diverse team.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming dining experience.
- Positive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to multitask and support colleagues as needed.
- Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
- Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
