The Role
As an Overnight Deli Cook, you'll be a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing high-quality deli products for all our Singapore outlets. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for food. You'll work during the night to ensure our cafes are fully stocked with fresh, ready-to-serve items by morning.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparation & Production: Accurately preparing ingredients and assembling a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and wraps, according to Paris Baguette's recipes and standards.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with checking and managing stock levels of ingredients, reporting any shortages.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized work station and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Who We're Looking For
- A Passion for Food: You have a genuine interest in food preparation and a desire to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.
- Reliability: You are punctual, responsible, and comfortable with working overnight shifts.
- Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and can follow recipes and instructions precisely to maintain consistency in our products.
- Team Player: You work well with others, communicate effectively, and are ready to support your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Physical Stamina: You are able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- No Experience Required: While prior kitchen experience is a plus, it is not essential. We are committed to training the right individual who shows potential and enthusiasm.
