**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore's vibrant retail sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service whilst contributing to our store's success in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
**Job Description**
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring products are well-displayed, properly stocked, and the shop floor remains organised and presentable
• Support inventory management through regular stock checks, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies to management
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE certificate, or equivalent qualification
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and occasional extended shifts
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting
