Company: Our client, an established manufacturing group serving customers in the electronics and technology industries
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the transition of new products from design/prototype stage into stable volume production
- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, process, test, and quality engineering teams to plan and execute NPI builds
- Identify and resolve manufacturability issues early through DFM/DFA reviews
- Develop and validate production process flows, work instructions, and test procedures for new programs
- Manage NPI timelines, risk assessments, and readiness reviews ahead of production ramp-up
- Support pilot runs and first article inspections, and drive closure of any issues identified
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of NPI or new product engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Working knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and process qualification
- Experience with project management tools and structured NPI processes (APQP or similar) is a plus
