Responsibilities
- Perform the daily collection and delivery of Central Laundry items according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery and collection of laundry items while maintaining service quality standards.
- Load, unload, and handle laundry items safely and efficiently during transportation.
- Park assigned vehicles at the designated work site at the end of each shift.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing and basic housekeeping.
- Adhere to traffic regulations, company policies, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure all delivery documentation and records are completed accurately when required.
- Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management or its representatives from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence with a good driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar driving role.
- Familiar with major roads, routes, and locations across Singapore.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle heavy loads, including carrying clean linens up stairs or slopes when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Able to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
- Familiar with basic vehicle care and maintenance practices.
