Job Summary
Support the Institution Lead in planning and delivering Facilities Development projects at Kent Ridge Campus, including project governance, design, procurement and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage infrastructure / A&A projects from feasibility to completion.
- Develop project governance, processes and technical standards.
- Lead design development, consultancy and construction procurement.
- Manage consultants, contractors, project schedules and construction activities.
- Review technical submissions, method statements, permits and materials.
- Engage users and local authorities on project requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, scopes of work, reports and presentations.
- Lead special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in complex, live-environment A&A projects.
- Healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience preferred.
- Owner/developer-side experience preferred.
- Strong technical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with local authority requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
