Scope of Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Provide professional analysis, consultation, and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Perform facial treatments for customers
- Handle customer requests, enquiries, and concerns professionally
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage client enquiries, appointment bookings, and reception of clients upon arrival
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and treatment effectiveness
Requirements:
- Candidates with relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills are welcome to apply
- Possession of a Professional Certificate / NiTEC / CIBTAC / ITEC in Beauty and Skincare is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-9pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm.
