The eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant supports the day-to-day eCommerce fulfilment operations by handling order picking, packing, inventory support, courier dispatch, and warehouse-related activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment across all online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Fulfilment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery and courier dispatch.
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain high standards of packaging and presentation.
- Generate invoices and prepare shipping documents.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely collection and delivery of parcels.
- Assist with order sorting, packing, labelling, and dispatch activities.
- Support the production of daily short-form video content and phototaking for eCommerce and social media platforms.
- Assist with livestream preparations, product handling, and other ad hoc eCommerce operational tasks.
Inventory Support
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for replenishment.
- Organise and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform daily RFID inventory scans and stock verification.
- Conduct weekly physical stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Support stock receiving, stock arrangement, and inventory movement activities.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and discrepancies are reported promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in fulfilment, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Able to handle physical work and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use fulfilment or inventory systems.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory Saturday work on a weekly basis and additional support during campaigns and peak operational periods will be required over the weekends.
