Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process POS transactions, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Recommend menu items and promote products where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the booth, service area, and equipment.
- Replenish food, beverages, packaging, and other operating supplies.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Support stock checks and report shortages, discrepancies, or wastage.
- Handle cash responsibly and assist with daily cash balancing.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support smooth daily booth operations during regular and peak periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- F&B, cashier, retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Accurate and responsible when handling cash and customer orders.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Able to follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods during operations and events.
