What you will need to do:
- Perform a wide range of skin treatment and hair-removal treatments to a high, consistent standard
- Assess each customer's needs and recommend suitable treatments, setting clear and realistic expectations for results
- Introduce customers to current promotions and referral programs
- Welcome customers, handle enquiries, and guide them through registration and health declarations
- Provide high standard and quality services
- Keep your treatment area clean, hygienic and well-organised, in line with all health and safety standards
- Adhere to and stay up to date with the company's treatment protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
We are looking for:
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and discipline individuals
- Excellent service-oriented approach and initiative
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Candidates with minimum of 1-year experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
- Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply, not to worry as training will be provided!
