Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and issuing of goods.
- Handle loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Check and tally goods to ensure accurate quantities and proper handling.
- Operate manual pallet jack, VNA, stacker or forklift where required.
- Arrange and store goods properly within designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory movement and stock-related activities.
- Report any cargo discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Candidates with forklift / VNA / stacker experience will have an advantage.
- Able to perform hands-on and physical warehouse duties.
- Able to work the required shifts and Saturday half-day.
- Responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
The physical picking/packing, receiving/issuing and MHE duties are also consistent with Sagawa's published Warehouse Assistant scope.
