Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and cooking Western dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Support the chef with grilling, frying, plating and food presentation
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily kitchen operations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety Certificate.
- Prior experience in a Western restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
