Full-Time Kitchen Supervisor | Allowances + Benefits Available
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and guide kitchen staff.
- Ensure food is prepared according to quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor food supplies, stock levels and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation and resolve any kitchen issues.
- Support staff scheduling, training and smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Food Hygiene certification required
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication and leadership skills
