15 October 2026 – Site Briefing / Familiarisation (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
27 October 2026 – Actual Event Day (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We’re looking for an Event Leader to take charge of the exhibition area and make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to wrap-up.

If you’re organised, proactive, hands-on, and naturally take the lead — this gig could be for you! 🚀

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Be the go-to person for exhibitors before and throughout the event.
Coordinate exhibitor setup, operations, and dismantling.
Brief exhibitors and make sure they have everything they need.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the wider event team.
Keep an eye on the exhibition area and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and confidently.
Act as the main point of contact for all exhibition-related matters.
Ensure all activities are delivered according to the client’s requirements.
Support the wider event team with ad-hoc tasks when needed — because event days can be unpredictable!
Attend and be fully committed to the briefing on 15 October and event day on 27 October.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience in event operations, exhibition management, or event coordination.
Have experience working with exhibitors, vendors, or suppliers.
Are proactive and able to solve problems on the spot.
Can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, live event environment.
Have strong attention to detail and care about delivering things right.
Have previous leadership or supervisory experience — big plus!
Are available and committed to the 15 October briefing + 27 October event day.
Are flexible and happy to jump into ad-hoc tasks when required.
